Girls Results
Season Highlights:
The team was coached by Jim Schlentz, Camille Bertholon and John Hickey with
volunteer coach, Mike Pinnola. The team finished with a
record of 7 wins and 0 losses
while winning the Shore Conference B North Division. Team highlights The team was
3rd in the Meet of Champions, 1st in the Group III State Champs (their 4th in
last 5 Champs), 1st in the Central
Jersey Group III Champs (their 5th title in a row), 1st in Shore Conference
Champs and 1st in the Monmouth County Champs. Individual highlights
Lilly Shapiro was 2nd in the Meet of Champions and won the Group III Champs, Central Jersey
Group III Champs, Shore Conference Champs and Monmouth County Champs.
Presslie Mariner was
Post-Season Highlights: Lilly
Shapiro was named 1st team All-State All-Groups and 1st team All-State Group III by the
Star Ledger. Presslie Mariner were named 2nd team
All-State Group III. Lilly was named 1st team All-Shore Conference and
Shore Conference Female Runner of the Year by the Asbury Park
Press and the Shore Track Coaches Ass. Presslie was named 1st team
All-Shore and Ava Wilmot 2nd team. Lilly, Presslie and Ava were named 1st Team All-Monmouth County and
Olivia Petschauer and Ashley Pavlovsky were 2nd team by NJXCTFCA.
Presslie Mariner was named Shore Conference Senior
Runner of the Year by the Shore Track Coaches Ass. Coaches Jim Schlentz,
Camille Bertholon and John Hickey were named Shore Conference Coaches of the
Year by the Shore Coaches Ass.
