Colts Neck Relays

• automatic timing!   
• A time schedule that will end by 3:00.
• “A” and “B” teams will be allowed for everything but the pole vault, high jump and triple jump.
• No more than 2 heats for each gender in the DMR and 4x800.  We will use a two-turn stagger for the 1^st lap.  
• The fastest 3 seeded heats for the SMR and 4x400 will start in lanes.  The rest will be one-turn stagger.
• Field event mark will be measured as such.  Discus 1st mark plus everything over 50' for girls and 75' for boys.  Every other event will have every legal mark measured.
• Medals to top 6 teams in each race as well as top 3 for “B” teams.
• No divisions, just great competition.
• Time schedule will be revised and emailed to coaches after we receive all entries.
• $20 for running relay, $14 for field relay (2/team).  Maximum of $325 for boys or girls team, $650 both.
• We have a 6 lane track with 9 lanes on the straight.

• There will be 3 jumps or throws in the shot put, discus, javelin, long jump and triple jump.  In the high jump and pole vault, competitors will continue until they have missed 3 consecutive misses.  We will not break ties in the field events.  We may have a 6 jump rule in the high jump if numbers are too high.
