2002 Cross Country 

Boys Results

Season Highlights:  The team was coached by Jim Schlentz and assisted by Bryan Parks.  The team finished with a dual meet record of  5 wins and 0 losses in the A Central division of the Shore Conference and 7 wins and 1 loss overall .  Team highlights included the dual meet wins over Matawan (by just one point) and Freehold Boro that enabled the team to win the A Central division championship for the 2nd year in a row.  Also, the freshman team setting a new Frosh team average record in finishing 5th in the Shore Conference Champs.  Individual highlights included Dave Gaines's 12th place finish at  the Central Jersey Group II Championship and younger brother Jeremy missing the freshmen record for Buck Mills Park by one second. With two straight Freshmen Shore Conference 5th place team finishes next year's team will be young but deadly. 

Post-Season Highlights:  Dave Gaines was named to the All-Freehold District 1st team.  Andrew Leimbach, Zach Tedoff and Joe Civitano were named honorable mention All-Freehold District.
