All weekday practices start at 6:00 PM and finish around 8:00 PM. Don't be late, we start warming up at 6:00 PM, so be there 10 minutes early. Saturday practices start at 9 a.m. Below is where each practice will be held and when until school starts. DIRECTIONS to all places.

| 8/17 | Tues | Freehold Pond (Lake Topanemus) This will be our team cut night. If you are a soph, junior, or senior, you must finish 3.0 miles under 24:00 for a boy or 27:30 for a girl to make the cross country team. No freshmen will be cut so they can have a year to learn how to train. If you miss this, you need to run the required times at whatever course is being run the night you come back. |

Once school starts, practices are after school Monday through Fridays at 3:15 and Saturdays from 9:00 to 11:00, if we don't have a meet.
