Winter Track - Boys

What was the best season for each event?  We go event by event, by year, and look at the best times, the number
of athletes under certain times and look at the depth of the event.  Then we decide which year was the best year
for the event.

There are not as many chances to compete in the 3200 in winter track so the number of times are not as deep as spring track.  2006 and 2007 had our
only sub 9:00 performances including Craig Forys winning the National title in 2007.  2015 tied for most under 10:40 and 11:00.  2016 was tied for the
most under 10:00, 10:40 and 11:00 as well as the most under 9:40 and 10:20 and had the MOC winner.  2017 had the most under 9:20 and tied for the most
under 10:00 but they also had the MOC winner and went 1-2-3 in the Group III meet with all three under 9:25.  The close winner is 2017.
