Winter Track - Girls

What was the best season for each event?  We go event by event, by year, and look at the best times, the number 
of athletes under certain times and look at the depth of the event.  Then we decide which year was the best year
for the event.

In 2006, there were 10+ under 2:36, 2:40 and 2:44 .  In 2008, they also had over 10 under 2:44.  In 2007, it was the only year where 2 were under 2:20, 
an amazing 6 were under 2:24 and 8 under 2:32.  2007 has the record for every single time frame.  The winner - 2007.

2006 and 2008 have the record for most under 5:00 with 2 each.  2006 also ties for the most under 5:40 with 8 and included a National Championship 
and state record in the 4 x 1 mile relay.  2019 tied the record for most under 5:10 andmade AA.  2007 has the record for every single time frame except
most under 5:00.  They had 5 girls run under 5:11 and won the National Championship and broke the previous year's State record for the 4 x 1 mile relay
without the #2 girl.  The winner - 2007.

In 2006, there were 2 girls under 10:40.  2006 and 2008 had 2 under 11:00, as did 2007.  2007 had the most under 11:40, 12:00, 12:20 and 12:40.
The National Champion was won by Ashley Higginson that year.  The winner - 2007.
